Step 1 Complete Registration Form

To begin the registration process you can either

                      -OR-

• Download Registration form
  The completed registration form must be sent along with the registration package

Step 2 Prepare Documentation

Prepare the  following: 

• Photocopy of university-awarded medical degree
• Photocopy of current certificate of full medical registration
• Copy of national accreditation or written equivalent as a specialist in Respiratory Medicine
• Up-to-date Curriculum Vitae
• Recent Passport style photograph, signed and dated
• Letters of endorsement from the head of your hospital and from your National Society President or Secretary General

Step 3 Pay Examination Fee

The examination fee is set at 250€

Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer
  Upon receipt of your registration package, an invoice will be sent to you via email
• Credit Card Payment
  Please provide your credit card details and enclose completed form with your registration package

Step 4 Post your Registration Package

Your Registration Package must contain the following

1. Registration form (if not completed online) 
2. Complete documentation
3. Credit Card details (if payment method chosen is via credit card)

A notification email will be sent immediately upon receipt of your complete registration package.
Please allow 4 weeks to process your registration. You will then receive confirmation and further examination instructions.

Deadline for registration is June 30, 2008Access to the examination is limited to 150 places for this year.
