Preliminary Phase

Before the actual project could start, a few months were dedicated to define its scope, objectives and structure. This preliminary phase had a three-fold objective:

1. To establish a benchmark across other European Medical Societies in order to assess their initiatives in the field of education and to identify Best Practices.
